In September 2024, EuChemS will launch the brand new EuChemS Industry Innovation Award. This new award will honour outstanding achievements by researchers or teams of researchers working for industrial companies in the field of chemistry, or jointly by research teams from academia and/or from other research institutions. Works of individuals and teams can be nominated, or they can self-nominate their inventions to be awarded, as long as a critical aspect of their creation was done in Europe, and at least one applicant is also part of an EuChemS Member society.

The creation of this award follows EuChemS’ efforts to build better connections between academic and industrial chemistry and research.
