Recently, the European Chemical Society (EuChemS) actively re-joined the Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) as an observer member.
ISE is a platform of European Learned Societies and Research Organisations created in 2004. ISE aims to rally and support the European scientific community operating within different disciplines and across sectors. Its goal is also to involve researchers in the design and implementation of European science policies, and to advocate strong scientific advice in European policy making. ISE has been instrumental in promoting funding programmes for scientific research such as the ERC.
EuChemS is very pleased to join forces and work together with the Initiative for Science in Europe (ISE) and its members on various topics, such as Open Science, Plan S, Horizon Europe’s Budget and others.
