EuChemS has recently submitted its feedback on the European Commission´s draft Regulation on Establishing Mitigation Measures and Benchmark Levels for the Reduction of the Presence of Acrylamide in Food. On this occasion, EuChemS input was based on the input provided by Marco Arlorio on behalf of EuChemS Division of Food Chemistry in collaboration with Prof. Vincenzo Fogliano (Food quality and design, WUR, Wageningen, The Netherlands).
