On 24 August, during the 49th IUPAC International Chemistry Congress, representatives of the European Chemical Society (EuChems) and the American Chemical Society (ACS) have met to discuss transatlantic and global collaboration of the chemical community.
EuChemS President Floris Rutjes, and ACS Immediate Past President Angela K. Wilson has signed a Memorandom of Understanding at the meeting. This document signifies the long-lasting cooperation of EuChemS and ACS, which is funded on the shared interest in advancing chemistry and in solving global challenges.
